Quality Building Services, a NY-based facilities maintenance company, seeks a Security Dispatcher to manage scheduling for Security staff, coordinate with operations and HR, and ensure seamless coverage across client sites. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and familiarity with WinTeam; a High School Diploma is required with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with working in Operations.
• Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
• WinTeam proficiency is required.
• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling operations for Security staff coverage.
• Communicate with field and operations management, HR and Recruiting.
• Arrange replacements for call-outs and absences in a cost-effective way.
• Prepare and maintain temp/replacement schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure adequate absentee coverage.
• Maintain up-to-date staffing coverage lists.
• Ensure temp/replacement staff are entered into Payroll/HR systems before sites.
• Inform staff of schedules and job locations, ensuring understanding.
• Handle emergency notifications and coverage adjustments during incidents.
• Monitor clock-in/clock-out of Security Officers and Fire Life Safety Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
