The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills; experience in customer service or security is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related customer service or security experience.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Coordinate services and provide administrative support.
• Ensure deadlines are met for scheduling, dispatching, and audits.
• Track and report outcomes of schedules and metrics.
• Process emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance.
• Operate communications equipment including radio consoles, telephones, and computer systems.
• Learn and use new operational technologies.
• Enter, update, and retrieve information from multiple systems.
• Draft incident reports.
• Maintain knowledge of dispatch procedures.
• Perform data entry and electronic reporting.
• Support department and company goals.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• All other duties as assigned.
