Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling operation and administrative functions.
• Support Client requests for additional services and change requests.
• Communicate with Officers to address gaps in scheduled hours.
• Provide frequent updates to the Operations Manager regarding scheduling issues.
• Develop and implement plans to improve scheduling capabilities and responsiveness.
• Leverage systems to optimize scheduling and reduce costs.
