Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Director of Security to lead client-site teams, supervise operations, and ensure high quality security services. You will manage staff, coordinate training, and maintain post orders while upholding Marksman’s standards of service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of security experience, a valid state security license where required, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3 years of security officer or related experience.
• Valid Security License if required by state.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual is a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and coordinate with Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure the client site receives high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies as they arise.
• Develop staff through performance management and training; foster a respectful work environment.
• Maintain and coordinate post orders and training standards; ensure accessibility to emergency references.
