Job summary

Marksman Security LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Director of Security to lead client-site security operations and a team of officers. You will supervise shifts, coordinate training, and ensure high-quality protection for people and property while addressing incidents and emergencies.

The role requires 3+ years in security with a valid license, English proficiency, and the ability to pass background checks. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Security License if required by state, driver’s license as applicable.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must maintain a working telephone number for contact.

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide high level customer service in a fast paced setting.
• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management.
