Job summary

Marksman Titan Security Group is hiring for unarmed security officer roles in Durham, NC. The 1st shift runs from 7am to 7pm on a full-time basis, with a rotating schedule. Officers are responsible for access control, logs, and responsive security coverage for the premises.

Ideal candidates will be at least 21 years old with security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a HS diploma or GED. A TN Security License and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of security experience required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history.
• High School diploma or GED.
• TN Security License Required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.
