Marksman Security is hiring a Security Officer Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, training coordination, and administrative tasks for the onsite Security Operations Team. The role provides leadership while ensuring compliance with site policies and customer expectations.

Salary range listed reflects annual compensation with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, Alabama unarmed license, and 2–4 years in security

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Alabama Security Unarmed license or ability to obtain.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, emergency management, or related field preferred.
• Certifications or coursework in leadership, instructional design, workforce development, or security operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with site policies.
• Coordinate site training programs with leadership.
• Maintain training records, onboarding, and certifications.
• Coach and mentor security personnel to improve performance.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and shift handovers.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and uniform standards.
• Prepare monthly operational and training reports for leadership.
