Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; hire, coach, and oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence by overseeing training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
