Job summary

Exelon is seeking an ESOC Operator to monitor and remediate intrusion alarms across the enterprise. You will provide first level IT support for access-related issues, coordinate security system repairs, and document incidents clearly.

This on-site role requires quick, independent action during security events. Work is 24/7, with responsibilities spanning collaboration with security teams, regulatory adherence, and triage of cyber threat events.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of PC/desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to learn intrusion/access security systems and troubleshoot remotely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 alarm systems and provide first level IT support for access issues.
• Support cyber security, access management, compliance, and terminations.
• Create incident reports and maintain accurate shift activity logs.
• Coordinate system repairs with internal/external partners.
• Perform system checks and document video tours.
• Triage internal and third-party cyber threat reports.
