Job summary

Exelon ESOC is seeking a dedicated operator to monitor intrusion alarms and manage access across the enterprise. You will dispatch security responses, generate incident reports, and maintain documentation for audit purposes.

The role supports security teams, adheres to regulatory procedures, and requires on-site, fixed shift coverage with collaboration across facilities and control centers.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn intrusion and access security systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 alarm system and provide first-level IT support for access issues.
• Coordinate security system repairs with internal/external partners.
• Create incident reports detailing findings and maintain logs.
• Assist in initial triage of cyber threat reports.
• Ensure compliance with NERC/CIP and regulatory procedures.
