• Lead shift-based security activities and incident response.
• Manage visitor processing and post coverage during high-volume periods.
• Maintain logs, reports, and records per procedures.
• Act as Incident Commander in absence of senior leadership.
• Ensure uniform and appearance standards for all shift personnel.
• Escalate payroll or staffing issues as needed.
• Identify staffing or security gaps and recommend improvements.
