Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with 911 Dispatching or Emergency Communications preferred.
• Successful completion of CSAA testing, PACOM, and March Training on hire.
• Ability to perform disaster recovery tasks including BUSCOC operation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm signals and life safety devices and emergency calls.
• Make outgoing calls and dispatch authorities.
• Operate BSOC equipment under supervision.
• Interact with customers via phone, email and in person, promoting service.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
