Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator for the Security Operations Center. You will monitor access control, video surveillance, alarms, and threat intelligence across facilities 24/7, validate events, and escalate life-safety incidents while coordinating with leadership and responding agencies.

The role requires handling incidents, maintaining reports, and ensuring proper handovers at shift end.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a GSOC or SOC, emergency communications or dispatch environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to detect and evaluate unusual behavior and circumstances.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitors access control, video surveillance, alarm and threat intelligence platforms across assigned facilities.
• Monitors severe weather, natural hazard, and civil disruption feeds for proximity to facilities and personnel.
• Validates alarms and events, differentiates incidents from faults, and evaluates unusual behavior via video review.
• Responds to critical incidents, medical emergencies and severe weather events and coordinates notifications.
