EssilorLuxottica seeks a Senior Asset Protection Analyst to leverage data analytics and audit processes to identify fraud risks and operational vulnerabilities across POS, franchise, and retail data. You will deliver actionable insights, develop dashboards, and recommend controls to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 3+ years in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Fraud Analytics, Internal Audit, Finance, Investigations, or related analytical discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret datasets.
• Experience utilizing exception-based reporting, fraud detection methodologies, or predictive analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for leadership audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS, franchise, and retail data to identify fraud indicators, operational risks, and loss prevention opportunities.
• Utilize exception-based reporting, predictive analytics, and other tools to detect trends and risks.
• Conduct franchise audits to assess compliance with agreements and controls.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, models, and analytical tools for Asset Protection.
• Identify irregularities and opportunities for improvement in financial and operational data.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to strengthen controls.
• Lead or support analytical projects with timely execution and clear communication.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
