Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to maintain a secure environment for employees, customers, and store assets. The role supports safety initiatives, investigates incidents, and partners with store leadership to reduce shrink and strengthen operational excellence.

The candidate will monitor CCTV, assist with investigations, and help enforce procedures across the store network, collaborating with local law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Calm and professional approach to safety-related situations, with initiative and accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and use surveillance, reporting, and monitoring technologies; CCTV and basic computer skills preferred.
