QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Security Operations Analyst I to monitor security processes, analyze data, and drive improvements across Corporate Security and facilities. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient, compliant security operations and reporting.

Responsibilities include policy review, data-driven insights, dashboard creation, and budget reconciliation. Strong Excel and security system experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of budget management, reforecasting, and reconciling.
• 3+ years in project coordination, operations, security, compliance, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with security/business applications such as access control, visitor management, incident management platforms (ServiceNow, Nice).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze security policies, procedures, and processes.
• Monitor and track control points for critical security operations (access, badge, incidents, investigations, vendor performance).
• Build relationships with third-party security providers and vendors.
• Export and analyze datasets from security systems and business apps.
• Create dashboards and reports to summarize security trends and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve security effectiveness and compliance.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and reporting.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor contracts.
