Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Procurement Operations Analyst to manage supplier relationships and support supplier-facing applications. You will act as the central point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, handling requisitions, POs, contracts, catalogs, and data stewardship.

You will drive cost savings, compliance, and efficient purchasing processes, while partnering with Accounts Payable and internal teams on payments and reporting. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations or Finance.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Supply-Chain, Account Management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement organization through completion of procurement functions utilizing various enterprise systems.
• Review, modify and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Assist in the execution of business/service contracts with Category Sourcing.
• Identify and implement improved processes to deliver value while reducing risk and ensuring high compliance.
• Assist in vendor catalog maintenance and pricing in procurement systems.
• Onboard and support suppliers with PO information, shipping, receiving inquiries, and invoice submittals.
• Serve as data steward for procurement and inventory data for meaningful analysis.
• Perform data cleansing and classification for reporting and executive decisions.
• Assist with vendor spend, shipping and invoice management reports.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and internal teams to resolve payment obligations.
