Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a FacOps Analyst I to monitor processes, analyze data, and drive reliability improvements across operations. You’ll partner with engineering, facilities, and vendors to aggregate incident data and lead RCA initiatives, while tracking performance metrics and implementing templates for effective communication.

The role emphasizes data analysis, policy review, and cross-team collaboration to enhance uptime and operational excellence within our Phoenix, AZ environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project management or related professional experience.
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and/or Problem Management processes.
• Experience in data analysis, including use of Excel pivot tables, formulas, and charting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, business applications and databases such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze company policies and operational processes
• Aggregate and track recommended changes to written policies and procedures
• Visualize data using charts, graphs, and reports to summarize findings for management
• Analyze datasets and information to identify operational improvement opportunities
• Act as steward for RCA process; track and report on program health, corrective action status, and lessons learned
• Track and report status of portfolio Uptime Assessment actions
• Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of departmental performance metrics
• Develop and implement operational templates and communication strategies
• Collaborate across multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and quality
• Build and maintain working relationships with any 3rd party providers, partners and vendors supporting operational processes
