Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorized access as directed by site procedures, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, unusual conditions, and other security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• 21+ Years of Age (C101)Candidates must be at least 21 years old at the time of application. This requirement is in place to ensure compliance with legal regulations

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates must have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols, badge issuance, and monitoring access to restricted areas. Relevant experience may include previous employment in security, facilities management, or related fields.
