As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.43 / Hour

Age Requirement

• All candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment (C101).

Access Control/Badge Experience

• Candidates must have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). This experience is essential for roles that involve security and access management within our facilities.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, drivers, and contractors and verifying entry requirements in accordance with site policies.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and unusual conditions through clear and timely reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
