Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility and verify identities of employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers.
• Check in and log trucks, trailers, and deliveries at the gate.
• Issue and track visitor badges and maintain entry logs.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems from the guard post.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, or potential threats.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Access, you will be the person checking in every employee, visitor, and driver, keeping the site organized and spotting threats before they accelerate. From the guard desk to the truck gate, you are the first line of protection for the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Control access to the facility and verify the identities of employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers
• Check in and log trucks, trailers, and deliveries at the gate
• Issue and track visitor badges and maintain accurate entry logs
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems from the guard post
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, or potential threats
• Report any security system malfunctions or vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Professional, confident communication with employees, visitors, and drivers
• Sharp attention to detail and exceptional concentration skills
• Comfortable with computers, logs, and access control systems
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
