Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures, documenting access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Complete accurate daily activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate observations to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as required.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
