Allied Universal in Reno, NV is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspection for a full-time schedule. You will monitor assigned areas, provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, and deter security incidents with visible presence.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, interior spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual activity or access issues according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspection Full Time in Reno, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
