Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including exterior areas and parking areas, reporting any unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures to deter unauthorized access and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and following escalation protocols.
• Prepare incident reports, daily activity logs and shift handoffs for leadership and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including exterior areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter boundaries, while reporting unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate activity records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Prepare clear and timely incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
