Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Asset Protection in Conley, GA. You will deter incidents, provide excellent customer service, and patrol loading areas, yards, and entry points while maintaining a visible presence.

The role requires at least 1 year of armed security or related experience, a high school diploma, and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry and exit points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, drivers, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Asset Protection in Conley, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming, security‑related environment. You will interact professionally with employees, visitors, and drivers while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X‑Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
