Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and driver check-in procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and reporting security concerns.
• Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.37 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and driver check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and promptly reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
