As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Concierge in Lithia Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access points, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to an agile, reliable, and innovative team at Allied Universal that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Tue: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Wed: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM


• Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.


• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific access‑control procedures.


• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
