• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and medical-related events following emergency protocols.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and incidents to site contacts and leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare-related manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical-related events, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
