Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Patrol Alarm Response in Phoenix, AZ to protect clients across healthcare settings. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to emergencies with professional, client-focused service.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.01 per hour. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 08:00 PM, on-site at a healthcare location. Allied Universal offers tools, training, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Guard card or security license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors and staff by following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and medical emergencies following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare location, monitoring buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with directions and site information and report concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports following site requirements.

• Mon: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Tue: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Wed: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Thur: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare location, including building areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and site information, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
