Pay Rate: $18.35 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Tue 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
