Job summary

Allied Universal in Social Circle, GA is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Role to protect people and property at an automotive manufacturing site. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

You will conduct routine vehicle patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence to deter misconduct while coordinating with site leadership and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Five years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking facilities, shipping and receiving zones, offices, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete accurate activity and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, hazards, and operational needs.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least five years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
