Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Social Circle, GA. You will perform vehicle patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and deliver excellent customer service at an automotive operations location.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check. Expect a schedule including evenings and weekends, with comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within a leading security

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, office, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and reports of incidents and patrol activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily operations and security concerns.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily operations, incidents, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
