Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Orange, TX to provide unarmed security and customer service at a chemical/petrochemical location.

You will conduct patrols, control access, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible, professional presence and following site procedures. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a leading security provider.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report security-related incidents, hazardous conditions, access-control concerns, and policy violations per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and promptly.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Part Time TWIC Mobile Patrol Driver in Orange, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site operations. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report security-related incidents, hazardous conditions, access-control concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
