As a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Driver Compliance in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to support operations through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $14.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery information in accordance with site procedures.
• Report observed hazards, damaged property, equipment concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
