Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer TSA Issued TWIC Credential in Seattle, WA. You will provide customer service, monitor locations, perform patrols, and deter security incidents while upholding company values.

The role requires TSA credentials, a HS diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive pay rate and benefits.

As a Security Officer TSA Issued TWIC Credential in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $23.72 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 05:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Tue 05:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Fri 05:00 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
