Allied Universal in Seattle, WA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Patrol to monitor retail/mall locations, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires a TSA TWIC credential, a valid license, and the ability to work a night shift schedule with a driving component.

• Possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:
