Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a driving role at a retail location in Aurora, CO. Earn $21.00/hour with a flexible schedule via our Claim a Shift platform and a path to additional shifts. You will patrol, provide customer service, monitor for incidents, and help maintain safety across the store environment.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

• Mon 09:30 AM - 04:30 PM
• Fri 09:30 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduc tregular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential policy violations, and security-related concerns, documenting and reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, traffic flow, and crowd management during busy shopping periods, special events, and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
