As a Security Officer Driver Front Desk in Cle Elum, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor assistance, and security-related communications. You will use customer service skills and computer or tablet tools to help maintain an orderly environment, respond to concerns, and provide a positive experience for residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors at a residential front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, property staff, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
