Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a front desk by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Monitor entry activity, manage calls, deliveries, and relay information to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and according to procedures.
• Report unusual activity and coordinate with leadership and site personnel as needed.

Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, manage deliveries, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support security-related operations by reporting unusual activity, documenting incidents, and coordinating with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
