Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry activity, manage calls and deliveries, and communicate information to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies per procedures.
• Report unusual activity and coordinate with leadership and site personnel.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk by following site‑specific procedures and access‑control protocols.


• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.


• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, manage deliveries, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.


• Support security‑related operations by reporting unusual activity, documenting incidents, and coordinating with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
