Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Cle Elum, WA. You will perform unarmed patrols at a hotel and resort, maintain a visible security presence, and support access control while delivering guest service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Criminal histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.

• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at a hotel and resort location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with resort personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of resort buildings, guest areas, parking areas, recreation spaces, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, property concerns, and security‑related incidents according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
