As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Client Assistance in Redmond, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate professionally with visitors and team members while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and caring culture.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Observe and report security-related concerns, property damage, maintenance issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and traffic or parking-related concerns as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
