Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Driver in Bellevue, WA. You will provide outstanding customer service, perform routine unarmed patrols, monitor entry points, and respond to alarms while maintaining a professional presence.

This full-time position offers day and night shifts, with a pay rate of $23.30 per hour. You will work on a retail site, coordinating with teams to deter crime and ensure safety and compliance with site procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular or random unarmed patrols throughout the retail area to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to site procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Driver in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and other security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential theft, policy violations, and other security-related concerns, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
