Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and authorization, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries while monitoring security-related activities at the location.

As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Reception in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will serve as a welcoming presence at a professional location, supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive observation, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $23.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and authorization, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining awareness of security-related activities at the location.

Minimum Requirements:
