Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, seeks a Security Officer - Residential Night Patrol in Phoenix, AZ. • Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort common areas, guest-accessible spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting a welcoming guest experience.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
