Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and media guests by following site-specific security procedures and front desk policies.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage access credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor entry activity and systems from the front desk, report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly following emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Support a welcoming reception environment and deter unauthorized access to the media location.

Job Schedule:

• Sat 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Sun 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and media guests by following site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with location requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, communications, and designated systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Support a professional, welcoming reception environment while helping to deter unauthorized access to the media location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
