What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor front desk activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and support access control processes for the location.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and communicate with building management and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding site concerns, unusual activity, and visitor needs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and following site protocols.
• Maintain awareness of lobby and entry areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly front desk presence.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
