Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel while maintaining visitor logs and issuing credentials.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security systems; report irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, medical situations, and other events; contact appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and deter unauthorized access through security policies.

Job Schedule:

• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and visitor-management practices.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel while maintaining accurate visitor logs and issuing appropriate credentials.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, reporting irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent adherence to security-related policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
