Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Communications in Framingham, MA. The role offers reliable fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our platform to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $23.31 per hour. The schedule runs DayTimeSat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with responsibilities including customer service, dispatch management, and incident response at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate the deployment of personnel to support retail and mall locations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records; communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while monitoring for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Communications in Framingham, MA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $23.31 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
