As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Tue – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel common areas, guest-accessible spaces, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting a welcoming environment for guests and visitors.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
